I’ve got ~10 full sheets of .5" construction grade plywood taking up space in my garage. I’ve already built a climbing wall for the kids and a new scrap bin.
How else could I put it to use?
Shelves and bins for those shelves.
Shed. Then a second Shed.
Look at Arthur ‘Two Sheds’ Jackson over here.
To be fair, 10 sheets of ply is going to make two very small sheds.

Jigs and more jigs. Replace any older/worn out ply in other projects (bench tops, shelving, …jigs)?
The problem is that the ply is pretty junky. Tons of voids and such. Not sure it would do well for most jigs.
I just built a small shed using 7/16" OSB for all the wall and roof sheathing so 1/2" ply could work well for that too.
Some other things I can think of are a shop cart and assembly table, both would be nice to have. Been meaning to make a cart to wheel around my dust extractor + dust deputy cyclone.
Jigs are always handy, but you may prefer to build those out of 3/4 Baltic birch. The ones I reach for often are the crosscut sled, shooting board, bench hook, tenoning jig. Sacrificial fence and L-fence are also great additions. Also, a mortising jig for plunge router if you do a lot of mortise & tenon.
Other miscellaneous storage like cordless drill holders, charging stations, chest of drawers for hardware are also worth making to help give things that tend to wander a home.
Yeah I’ve got better quality 3/4 ply for most jigs. I might have to remake my miter saw station so that could use some of it.
I used mine to build attic space in my roof.
Ah good reminder. I have a good bit of attic space that this just insulation. With some supports I could lay this down and gain a lot of storage space.
That is a lot of plywood! I’d consider selling most of it just to get the space back.
I made a subwoofer with some leftover ply I had. Added shelving to a fitted wardrobe. Carcassing for a kitchen or bathroom units. Experiment with making curves with partial cuts and make a round box If you are in to climbing as well you could make a moon wall although that takes quite a bit of extra investment.
I’ll go a different direction than some of these other comments because it’s a project I’m planning on building soon. If you have cats build some homemade cat towers. You can cover with carpet/fabric to make them easier for cats to climb and hide the imperfections.
I don’t have cats but that would be a great use for it.
