Hey guys. I’m 41 and pretty sure I’m in peri. My biggest problem right now is that I sweat so much at nighttime. I’m not a sweaty person normally but I get so overheated at night, and I wake up with a puddle of sweat between my boobs. We keep the bedroom at 64° at night so it’s definitely not my environment, it’s me. I had been taking ashwagandha which seemed to help, but didn’t agree with me overall so I stopped. I’ve also read that vitamin E can be helpful, but I haven’t noticed much difference with it. Can anyone suggest other supplements or whatever that I could try? TIA!
I have night sweats 7 days before my period. And the sweating it getting worse. I don’t take anything right now but I am going to talk to my doctor on what to do. This has been going on for years now, and I have a new doctor so I hope I will get something.
