PennDot has a recommended detour for getting around the I-95 collapse, and SEPTA is adding capacity on some Regional Rail lines.

You thought the 76 was bad before, just wait until the entire 95 joins in!

    Wow that sounds and looks terrible. Driving is going to be miserable for the foreseeable future.
