Johnny Mnemonic was a decent cyberpunk movie. I’m eager to see if the Neuromancer movie ever gets made. It’s been in production limbo forever.

Babylon AD is my go to for this question. It’s a silly action flick, but the world was well presented. Another googd one imo is Repo Men.
