Bobo’s got good banana pancakes
Blue Willow is always decent too, although I admit I tend to do Baja more than BW these days.
I would also strongly recommend Del Cuelo Tamal for some really tasty and slightly unique breakfast options. (Like their Huevos Rancheros are almost more like tostadas with and egg in top without being drowned in sauce and it is surprisingly good.)
Another Del Cielo Tamal breakfast thing—enchiladas with a couple eggs. So good! (Pardon the takeout shot.)
