I’m talking about the dogmatic kind of atheist. This kind. The reason they’re so annoying is coz they cling to views and insist their views/beliefs are right.
Oh, there are actively anti-religious atheists or smug immature teenagers, I think you are talking about them. Thats not what atheism itself is. I don’t know many people like that but you don’t really have to be an atheist for it.
Other kinds of people get pushy or smug with other kinds of ideas for other types of reasons, including religious people. There could be a meme like this where you swap the word atheist for a lot of things and it would still be relevant.
Sometimes it can even be justified, or sometimes not, but Its not really dogma.
