A group called Fairshake recently revealed that it and two affiliated super PACs had amassed roughly $80 million combined in 2023. Now it’s planning to deploy some of that cash.

    I hardly ever watch OTA TV, but today during lunch I decided to proverbially dust off the old antenna. And this ad as came up while I was watching. Classic shitty, negative crap that convinces you that the people behind the ad are the real problem with society, not the person they are attacking.

    At the end they quickly rattled off that it was paid for or supported by ‘Fairshake’. So I looked them up. And lo and behold, it’s a group of crypto-bro jackasses.

    I was probably going to vote for Katie Porter before. But now I’m even more likely to do that. If she’s managed to upset those selfish cretins then she’s alright by me.

      I liked her since she became internet-famous for something or other. She’s the only serious candidate who is under the age of 70 so she’s got my vote.
