            Actually, if you don’t mind, can you say a little about linking? I don’t really undey the format with the exclamation mark at the start and then the rest in the same format as an email. If I wanted to link to this community for example what is the link?

              I think to link, the format’s !communityname@homeinstance. For example, this community is, I think, !lemmyworld@lemmy.world (I might be wrong tho, but that format works for me)

          Okay, since your home instance is lemmy.world (think of the instances as your home “continent”), you should use lemmy.world as your instance
