Hello comrades and welcome to the second improvement megathread of February!

I hope everybody’s month is going great so far.

As usual, some discussion ideas:

  • Do you want to share something you’ve done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
  • What would you like to do next week?
  • Which aspect are you currently focused on improving?
  • Do you have any streaks? For example, “sober for one day.” Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
  • If you don’t have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?
  • Did you come across some useful information or resource that might help others?

    This week I tracked almost all of my meals in Cronometer. It’s easy because you can make custom recipes and copy and paste entries or entire days. You can also see your weekly overview to check if your diet is missing some vitamins or minerals. It’s great, I highly recommend it.

    I ate around 1800kcal on average this week and ate around 78g protein. I managed to lose some weight, I’m around 74.5kg right now. Gonna continue tracking but I want to eat at maintenance so that I have enough energy to start exercising consistently again as the weather starts to improve.

    Other than that, I practiced meditation on 5 days in a row and did yoga today.

    Next week I want to continue meditating, tracking food and making progress solidarity
