Unvisited links pass WCAG AAA contrast ratio standard for normal-size text. Visited pass WCAG AA. That’s testing against the brightest background color. I wonder if there’s a rendering problem you’re experiencing? Maybe the box behind the text isn’t rendering or something?
One quick suggestion, the links on your site are very hard to read, there’s just not enoug contrast.
