I can’t remember at the moment, but I’ve totally seen organizations that have members that will guide and accompany you to do all the paperwork and appointments you need to do to fully transition. I wish I could remember right now 😖
I finally found it and it looks like it’s a local organization, and doesn’t appear to be a chapter of a larger organization. I would recommend looking for any compiled resource guides for your area.

If you have anyone, ask them to help you. Do it together.
