Well yeah. It’ll be a region-by-region system I would imagine. Once one or two countries start using it, other countries will adopt it once they see how good it is. (This is all assuming we still have countries and there hasn’t been a global revolution, which in my opinion isn’t ever going to happen)
It might be necessary in certain situations, possibly.
Yeah and ideally if it could be used short term instead of as a permanent fixture in society.

Which, in my view, is a non-issue, because the centralized system would take care of that.
