It’s literally been going on since the collapse of the Soviet Union. As for Russia invading multiple countries, that hasn’t happened. The last country they invaded before Ukraine was Georgia in 2008. So no, they haven’t done a Hitler. This is the problem with getting all your history lessons from memes.
