This is the last Sunday of the month so we can do a monthly review in addition to the weekly review.

picked up some freeweights the other day. been working out at planet fitness after moving and i was looking forward to being able to do all the barbell exercises instead of weird machine/dumbbell replacements. first time squatting with them and i tweaked my back lol. not too bad it’ll be better tomorrow but it’s a reminder to take it slow getting back into the lower body stuff and to relearn what i can about form.
