Fun bit of info, according to studies, water has a flavor, of a sort, and other animals (jury is out for humans) are able to actually directly sense it. It seems to be sensed mostly by the acid-sensing taste receptors, but there may be more at work.
I always have a bottle of pure lemon juice at hand, and put a few drops in every glass. A slice would look nicer but it’s not practical for everyday use.

Not great for tooth enamel long term.
I don’t think I drink enough of it for it to be any worse than normal daily use. Though it supposedly helps in preventing kidney stones
