For example, I’d take We Happy Few and put it into the hands of either Remedy (of Alan Wake & Control fame) or IO Interactive (of Hitman series fame).

I would just undo all the mergers and acquisitions. In 90% of cases, this just results in the games being worse, and the magic that made the studios great is extinguished.

Pokemon, any mainline game really, made by a competent studio with enough time. Let’s say Monolith since they made the best RPGs on the switch.

Just imagine what for example Legends Arceus could have been with the amount of polish Xenoblade has.

Command and Conquer Generals - Zero Hour, Remade by Westwood Studios

A dream come true, but very unlikely, given how EA treated the C&C IP over the last few years.

I’d take my chances to see either of the Orre region pokemon games remade or expanded with a third release

A Pokémon remake by Valve. It’ll come out a decade late, sure, but knowing Valve, they’d try out a bunch of new tech and mechanics (desperately needed by Pokémon) and then polish it up to excellent quality.

F-Zero by sega again, they nailed it so perfectly that Nintendo to this day didn’t dare make a new one.

Albion from 1996. The old game from Blue Bytes. I just need the same game, but running without emulation or dosbox on new hardware and maybe some upscaling, nothing more!
