    Isn’t this correlative at best? And I only read the summary and conclusions, but it doesn’t seem like there were any control cities (with no changes to PCL) to set a baseline for gun violence trends.

      They couldn’t even get the same dataset for each city either. This is basically dumping the info into excel and making a chart. Wake me up when they actually say something of value.
