    Spanish people are Europeans; all native Europeans are considered white. Hispanics are people who have Spanish heritage but born elsewhere, and are still considered white. Unless they are Latino, then that means they are mixed with Native Americans [South &/or North America] or black Caribbean enslaved ancestors.

        Right. “Latino” means different things in different countries. Isabel Allende once wrote something to the effect that upon immigrating to the US from Chile, she was surprised to learn that she was no longer “white,” and instead was “latina.”

      no, more african slaves were brought directly to south america than to north america…
      it’s actually much closer

      bro the native whites of England weren’t even considered white. Gypsies were often written about as being “worse than blacks,” as were the irish, scots, polacks, etc. “unless they’re latino” fuckin igno, man.
