Greetings everyone! Daniel here, I’ve been working on Linkwarden part-time over the past few months.
Linkwarden is a self-hosted, open-source collaborative bookmark manager to collect, organize and archive webpages.
Key features:
- 📸 Preserve webpages as Screenshot, PDF, etc. So you can access them even if they are taken down.
- 👥 Collaborative, so you can share your collections with your friends and colleagues. You can also make them public and share them with the world.
- 📱 Designed for every screen size, from widescreen monitors down to smartphones.
- ⚡️ Open source and fully self-hostable!

Things like mobile app (PWA) are already on the project roadmap and I’m so excited to share them with you in the future.

Oh yeah for sure man, I completely understand that effect. I’ve tried switching to guilded from discord and while yeah it’s ultimately better than discord, it’s a pain in the ass when people just outright refuse to move platforms because muh convenience… but if that’s to change we need to stop using discord as the primary communication method when it could just be a backup or something similiar.
I’m on my last straw with discord, most of my friends have even said they’re going to leave discord if they keep up like this, or if they end up paywalling previously-free features.
Nobody said to do two of everything, having more than one chat app is common nowadays and it seriously isn’t a hassle for the end-user.
I’d imagine the biggest issue there is simply moderation but there’s gotta be a way that can be figured out by somebody right? Just gotta expose enough people to an issue and somebody will eventually figure out a potential solution.
Yeah, I definitely feel you there. I’ve been trying to get some friends to move over to revolt but no success yet lol

Likewise, I’ve never heard of guilded lol so you’re definitely on to something.
