First Attempt At Decals

Okay, so that’s a bit of a lie. I’ve done decals before but it was longer than I care to admit ago. Anyway, they process: decal in water, water on model, decal to model, allow to dry, MicroSol on decal, smooth decal, allow to dry (repeat if needed), matte medium on and around decal, shades to blend and make grungy. I think it turned out great and wasn’t too much fuss.

    This is wild, I love it! How easy/difficult is it to fire this up the first time? Like getting supplies and all that. I suddenly want to try this

      @ArmoredThirteen
      Not too bad, most kits come with a waterslide decal sheet anyway, the only extra materials you’ll need is the MicroSol/MicroSet. I purchased a big off-brand bottle on Amazon for fairly cheap.

    This looks great, in no small part because the weathering on the rest of the leg looks great too. Show us the rest of the model!
