The place I work for still uses “fax machines” but they’re network connected and whatever you scan gets sent in the form of a .pdf file in an email attachment.
Yeah, email is still our main form of communication.

I work in the medical industry in IT and I’m younger. Trust me. In some industries, fax machines are unfortunately alive and well.
