It’s not currently possible for either of us to have an accurate view of what atrocities either side is committing due to the distortions and outright fabrications being disseminated.
But we can extrapolate from the shelling, pogroms, and discriminatory laws preceding the invasion and pretty reliably infer that atrocities would increase if Ukraine took the Russian-speaking regions.
