Their focus on media figures is all wrong, men aren’t looking for the liberal version Andrew Tate.
Men are looking for companionship to combat loneliness and are willing tolerate bullshit like Tate to find it.
I think the issue is when that companionship is centered around explicitly engaging in masculine aesthetics. Particularly as most mens ability to find companionship is already very much centered around their ability or willingness to perform that masculine role.

I agree, but companionship isn’t happening around anything.
It isn’t just men either, all trust in relationships between people or institutions has declined and shows no recovery.
