Damn, that’s a massive table! Bummer you had to downsize.

I was in à 10’x16’ uninsulated, unpowered shed in Alaska (ran an extension cord and learned which combination of tools would trip the breaker). Now I have a 20’x20’ two car garage (at least, most of it, have a freezer and water heater and HVAC), and it’s fantastic. Ran a bunch more outlets in it on multiple circuits when I bought the house a few months ago, so I never have to worry about tripping the breaker again.

lol definitely better than nothing. That was my one non-negotiable thing when we were looking for a house. Either a detached shop that was at least 20x20, or a 2 car garage that never had a car parked in it. My wife got her open kitchen, I got my garage :)

Compromised in other areas, and it took us 8 months and 6 offers, but we got it!

Unfortunately i live in Los Angeles where there are like 6 houses on the market at any given time for 10 million people. But we ended up with a pretty good place, can’t complain :)

Oof, LA housing is insane from what I’ve heard. Glad you were able to get a place with room for a shop!
