Not just that, but all the mystery of the world is kind of gone. Any kid can search about Santa and pretty quickly determine it’s made up.

But when I was a kid, I was determined to find out the truth. I even setup cameras to catch him. Weirdly they didn’t record that night. I’m guessing my parents turned off the video camera as they knew about my plan.

Let’s go over some modern mysteries:

Do plants have vision? The mimic plant can mimic plastic plants, which means it isn’t copying DNA or chemicals, so how does it copy them?

Did Spinosaurus have a hump instead of a fin?

Is consciousness relevant to quantum mechanics?

      What’s dark matter?

      What’s dark energy?

      What’s inside black holes?

Does Sedna indicate the presence of a planet 9 past the kuiper belt?

Is the many worlds interpretation accurate?

To what extent is body weight determined by genetics, and how?

Why do many trans women experience weaker male puberties than their cis peers?

What’s the deal with quantum gravity?

Is it wrong to support Sanderson’s books given his mormonism?

I think the many worlds interpretation is accurate. There are many times when I for sure should have died but I didn’t. Well many versions of me probably did, but I’m still going…

The Santa/tooth fairy thing still hits kids at about the same age despite the internet. It has more to do with the parents and friends’ parents than anything else. Source: I talk to schoolchildren often
