Hello! I’m trying to resolve an error that crashes my server. I am at college and just got home this weekend to check it out. Usually it happens every so often though that my server just crashes or freezes and I don’t know why. I’m presuming (my first time actually getting to see the journal as before I’d ask my moms to restart it) that this is the error every time. But why? Is my NVMe drive shot? System works fine otherwise when I reboot.

I saw a post about unmounting it using a boot install and remounting it after doing fsck. I don’t have a boot media on me now to preform this. I’m sorry if this is the wrong place for this. Where should I go instead?

The ssd is a Samsung 980 pro 2TB CPU: Ryzen 5700g Ram: 64gb tridentz OS: Ubuntu 22.04 or the LYS version!

It does have an external seagate drive but it speaks about the nvme in the journal.

That’s likely a sign of a failing nvme drive, do you happen to have it’s heat sink installed?
