I switched from Plex to Jellyfin specifically because Plex was asking me to pay for Plex Pass to watch 4K movies in my library. Not sure if that’s changed, but that was enough reason for me to switch. I’ve had no issue with Jellyfin since switching, and there’s less junk from Plex trying to push features I don’t want or need, sometimes with an upcharge.
