Since basement units are the coldest, it won’t be as needed. If it gets too cold, heaters are much easier to operate
minus-square@branchial@feddit.delinkfedilink1•edit-211 months agoYou don’t have to go to the basement as long as you’re not the top floor I found heat to be endurable with just airing the flat out during the night and morning. Dark curtains to keep the sun out work really well during the day.
