On lemmy.ml the section is> https://lemmy.ml/c/community_requests@lemmy.ml Then people can put in a request to become admin of a community that has a missing admin/mod. I have zero desire to be admin/mod of a community, I have enough on my plate, but, happy to be part of an interim team until proper admin/mods can run it.
