    That was what some humans found hard to understand. Hell wasn’t a major reservoir of evil, any more than Heaven, in Crowley’s opinion, was a fountain of goodness; they were just sides in the great cosmic chess game.

        1. That was Zeus who did that, which brings up the larger notion that it’s not Satan who sends people to hell - it’s god.
        2. Any eagle who tries to eat my liver won’t make it 50 feet before collapsing from systemic poisoning.
