The Conqueror from a Dying Kingdom: Volume 5: Agripping end to this arc. Though I have to say that I absolutely hated the main antagonist character. It’s an archetype that I really can’t stomach. But I guess he played his role as someone to hate and the sub-antagonist is an interesting character to make up for it. Still I’d give it a point more if the antagonist weren’t in there or had a different archetype. - 7/10 dead kingdoms
D-Genesis: Three Years after the Dungeons Appeared Volume 4: The most boring series I don’t outright drop. Even though I don’t know why I keep reading this series to be honest. Mostly because I tend to mix it up with Dungeon Busters, sure. Anyway, I find the banter with really obscure references thrown in in every second sentence really grating. Seems like the author really loves Marvel movies and Rick and Morty and now thinks that every single dialogue in his novels have to be in this stye. - dropped in the middle.
Isekai Tensei: Recruited to Another World Volume 5: It’s still the tournament arc so I guess it’s par for the course but this volume is again mostly fight chapter after fight chapter. Pretty boring to read and my Fight-Fatigue-Meter™ was maxed out already from the last volume. - 4/10 fight scenes
The Retired Demon of the Maxed-Out Village: Volume 1: Good first volume. Enjoyable. - 7/10 comfy grandpa demons
