Minority groups in China get substantially more points on standardized tests that are the sole factor used in college admissions. They get egregiously advantageous business loans. They get proportional representation in government. They are (were?) exempt from family planning policy. They get dumped billions of dollars in infrastructure.

Do you know the context behind Xinjiang or the affirmative action that China takes on its minority groups? Have you ever been to Xinjiang?
