The only difference is that the impossibly high numbers on their profit statements would be a little lower. They’d only be able to hoard away enough money for 1000 lifetimes of unimaginable luxury instead of 1001 lifetimes. It’s so ridiculously preposterous that governments are catering to the biggest misers on the planet instead of helping people who are literally starving and homeless.
