I mean Windows 11 is the next Windows 10 update… like they change the name but it’s free and most is the same, they probably decided on the name change because there were several UI changes like the right click menus, the bar and all that and to make it clear they changed quite a bit to be a new number. But at the end the basics are the same as Win10.
