    All depends on whether they keep draining it at the rate they are. If they do, then should be gone by the end of the year. It took them a bit less than a year to drain around half of it.

    Given that China is expected to have increased demand for oil this year, and there is increasing volatility in the markets it’s likely going to be necessary to keep draining it in order to keep prices stable.
