I’m in the exact same case. I almost bought Diablo III a few times and was ready to buy the IV. Thing is, I deleted my Activision Blizzard account few months (year ?) back when they announced their new and horrendous data and privacy rules. Needless to say I was quite happy to see Diablo IV didn’t turn out that great, as I’m not even tempted to create a new account.
