Try lions mane tea. I’ve been drinking it myself for some time due to depressive symptoms that also cause brain fog and I’ve been recommending it to everyone who complained about brain fog after COVID hit and they all report back that it helps quite a lot. It doesn’t have any known adverse effects and it tastes great so there’s basically nothing to lose.

I’ll try it, assuming I remember to! Some of the possible side effects seem suspicious with conditions I have, but I guess I can go slow and watch. I keep meaning to check the markets to see if they have fresh ones again.

How much tea are you drinking / dosing ?

I’m still at 1g/day, I still have to settle on a vendor though. My first attempt of growing it myself in the cellar didn’t work out unfortunately. Will try again though.
