I’m able to vote PSL where I live, so obviously I’m voting for them, but other than that I’m thinking of leaving the ballot mostly blank except for some amendments I like. There’s like one Berniecrat-sounding guy running for state legislature I might vote for, but it seems like every damn local politician is some flavor of conservative around here. What do you think?

do some googling for the races you don’t have a horse in for the most progressive candidate and write them in if they’re not on your ballot.

if you have access to ai; use that instead if you have a lot of spare credits and use google confirm it; ai messes up a lot.

ChatGPT etc isn’t updated to the current year and just isn’t great for this purpose anyway. If you really want to use AI, Google already forces that upon us now anyway when we do a search.

you’re right; it’s not built for it and usually does a shitty job if you try; but i find it useful as a starting off point when google’s enshitification is too much (and i would expect it considering that the election is a few days away).

i use the fact’s it gives me like names, policy titles, etc. that i can then use with a search engine.
