      In February, Collins received an email from the library. The wreath was still packed away in six crates, virtually untouched since Féron had boxed them up.

      This a long and frankly useless read only to get to the bottom where is finally answers the question. The piece was in Kennedy Library as when the memorial wreath was finished it was deemed to flashy.
