I believe it’s a replacement effect, it just sees something triggering and adds an extra trigger to the stack as it happens. Once both abilities are on the stack, they’ve already been triggered and will no longer create any additional trigger abilities

Can someone explain how the right side is not an infinite amount of triggers?
