Wizards will continue the rebuild with the hope of finding players they feel they can build around. They’re more or less stuck with Jordan Poole given he has three years and $95.5 million left on his deal through 2026-27, since it wouldn’t make sense to give up assets to get rid of his contract at this point. As far as contract decisions the major one is Tyus Jones since he’s a UFA. I’m sure they’ll be trade rumors for Kuzma during the year as well given he’s good value for his contract.

    Yeah even if some of the picks or pick swaps are decent you need to actually pick good and build smart.
