We have a wide range of people on them here in my area of FL. Youth who want to get around, retirees who want to go fast and those who lost their license to a DUI (lots of people used to circumvent this issue with scooters under a specific HP).

I didn’t even think of the weight issues, but I imagine they need a lot of stopping power!
