Not as dramatic as I made it sound, sorry didn’t expect anyone to actually see this.
But I’ve seen a number of posts talking about re education of the masses and too much support in the comments. Whereas like when someone suggests irl praxis, no support, often only criticism in the comments, seemingly to try to discourse op from trying.
There was a like entire youtube video about this problem. I’ll see if I can find it. Saw it a year ago.

A lot of users there just sit around on high horses looking down at the masses, criticizing them for not doing any praxis. Meanwhile they call their slacktivism the height of revolutionary action, as they intend to overthrow the bourgeoisie from the comfort of their cushy computer/phone. And of course they all cite some reason for why they do no irl praxis. Meanwhile other leftists also have reasons to not do praxis (ex che Guevara), but deal with the reason.

Unexpectedly, we are met with a response that is somewhere between chilly reticence and downright hostility. What’s going on?
From our perspective, we’re offering water to a person who’s self-identified as thirsty, and yet they react as if we were trying to poison their dog! They turn on a dime to defend the same institutions whose lies they were denouncing just moments before. At this point the sense of pride and accomplishment that comes from seeing through propaganda and putting puzzle pieces together into a satisfying historical account gets brutally transformed into its exact opposite: a sense of crushing defeat. In response to this bitter experience, many researchers — serious people, with plenty of experience reading and writing, and sometimes even of being published! — lash out. They decide that people have been “brainwashed” beyond the point where they can be reached by words or rational appeal. They “realize” that the masters of propaganda have been far more successful than we first imagined: it turns out we’re not David fighting Goliath, we’re more like an ant facing an asteroid.
Asked a question elsewhere about race. I got an answers, but 2 users read wayyyyy to much into it and got upset. For those 2 users, the vibe kinda seemed like they don't want certain questions to be asked.
Maybe a hot take, but i think people should be encouraged to ask questions, thought as long as they're not like sealioning or whatnot. But it could be difficult to determine good faith questions.

I'm (prob) a cis male.
I was unsure about my gender. Male gender (where i live) is big on like liberatarian principles (ex toxic masculinity) and i don't have the same real aspirations of like being a big ceo and, working out a lot, hordes of hook ups etc. What also added to my confusion was, when talking to some people about the fact that i experience emotional pain and getting called a nicer versions of pussy.
I think i'm cis male who doesnt have (some?) typical masculinity goals.
Figure someone might be interested in this story.
I have too many 'friends' who don't ask me any questions and when we 'hangout' they just talk about themself the whole time. I've had enough 'friendships' like this that I literally won't notice the problem for weeks or like after a month they remark that they don't know much about me and basically explain that they're been talking the whole time and that i've been basically just active listening or relating similar stories.
