This one hits different; the hand writing is very similar to my late father’s, aside from the squigglyness of it. Though in the latter months of his life it gained that feature as well.

Or something else that gives you tremors. My grandma had problems with her hands as well and she wrote like that.

I could believe it, in my dad’s case it was combination of things, but in essence came down the cancer that paralysed and wasted him to nothing.

In any case, it cuts to your core seeing something so unique to an individual decaying with them.

The moon is about 238855 miles from earth. Lets assume you start at the equator and walk aboht 2 miles an hour. You would walk for 119427.5 hours to get to the moon. Thats equal to 13.6 years. He has loved her for less than 14 years.

It says to the moon and back. So we gotta double it. So over 27 years. Not too bad; that’s definitely a feasible length of time to love someone.

Dude even 10 years is ages. I’ve loved my spouse for 11 years and it feels like most of my life. Hitting 30 years will be insane.

The first 10 years goes by really slowly. Everything is new and noteworthy. I can only speak to 8 years after 10, but the routine inevitably slipped into makes time skip through the years.

Edit: This doesnt mean my love for my wife is less intense, just more normal and acountable.

Edit #2: I definitely would not walk to the moon and back for her tho.

Every day is the same and every day is perfect. We spend 24/7 together and have zero fights. I’ve truly found the person in meant to be with, and they tell me the same all of the time.

only half a million miles to walk. At an average walking speed of 2.8 mph, that’s only about 20 years of non-stop walking. 30 if you decide you stop to sleep 8 hours a day.

Better get started then, no time to lose.

Ps: remember that the moon might not be in the same place in 30 years. A map would be outdated by the time you arrive.
