The development of culture requires ideas to be passed from a creator on to others who rework and reshape those original ideas.
Modern copyright is the attempt to completely arrest the development of culture.

Trademark, the onus is on the business owner to litigate to protect their trademark status of their property otherwise they can lose it.
I seriously doubt there’s any way theyre making anything significant off a game thats 2 decades old.

If the source code was already public there surely must be some copies that will later be posted. I wouldn’t sweat it.
