I’m excited about cultured tuna used for cat food and the positive effects on the ocean that might have. Even a vegan person with cats is consuming potentially hundreds of pounds of tuna over a year.
You have no concept of how much a cat eats, do you?
Numbers derived from my arse tend to have low accuracy. Especially when I’m estimating how much “cats” eat without specifying quantity.
365 days x 0.25 pounds x 4 cats = 365 pounds
(Nonvegan here, my 2 cats prefer duck and salmon over tuna.)
