    Something has to be done to enforce adequate standards for storage of private information AND penalties for breaches.

    Penalties are the ONLY incentive to make businesses take it seriously.

    Why target those who are trying to do some good, absolutely disgusting. But the telemarketer needs to either stop collecting data or take security seriously
