The idea of having an AI dig through my inbox and summarize everything sounds divine (who doesn’t want to save time?) But the part about it occasionally missing key details made me a bit cautious. Also, Gemini for Google Workspace pricing is way over the budget for me.

I’ve been digging around for alternatives and found this detailed comparison that actually made me test out GPT Workspace. Honestly, so far it’s a better fit for me because it can summarize the emails but also integrate across all of the Google Workspace. Not to mention it’s more affordable and with a free trial.
