    You’d hear that from a lot of people in the US. It’s one of the perks of having widely available guns. There are a lot of downsides but at least you can shoot someone if they show up in your house.

      In Canada, a guy can break into my house and if I injure him or attack him, I go to jail. All that does is tell me if it happens, don’t say anything and hide the evidence

        For real? That is absurd, they are legitimately encouraging you to hide it.

        If someone broke into my house, my daniff/pits would have a hayday on their ass and I would not hesitate to put them in the ground if they even remotely threaten my family.

        I can’t believe that there would be laws defending a home invader!?
