That is what I was thinking! Do you plan on finishing it or “roughing” it with the exposed insulation?
I had a sheet rock guy finish it, then painted it and put flooring and baseboards in. I posted a picture with the floor and paint done

I need to do something similar. How are you planning to finish the insulation? Paneling? Leaving as is? Paper? Something else?
